Customer Service, Companies need to Re-implement!!!

Good Job Dell, Customer Service will ALWAYS go a long way.
I don’t know if anyone read about the story of a Man who brought his new Honda into Circuit City for a new stereo and they caused $12,000 in damage to the car installing it. It was later rectified, but NOT until the story went public and Circuit City suffered the Digg Effect. It’s easy for the store to tell that person to screw off and say oh well, but it’s a brand new age and anyone who isn’t illiterate and has an internet connection can do quite a bit of company defamation. The Digg effect can be VERY BAD PR for a company, but also a QUICK response can be very good. I think Circuit City got way more than $12,000 in Bad PR then if they just would have paid the man.
