Remind me again, why did the pilgrims leave England?

If I recall correctly, those Puritans left their home country in hopes of settling in a place with religious freedom and who did not levy taxes uncontrollably. Hmmmmm. . . After reading this, I think it may be time for a boston tea party type thing for Ebay’s powersellers. Too bad, I loved to sell my old designer stuff for extra cash. Now the government is trying to cash in! Can’t a girl save up for Louboutins in peace for crying out loud!

What is wrong with this picture?

Okay, congrats to the Bush family on the recent wedding of the blonde (=cuter) sister, Jenna in Crawford, Texas. From the pictures given out to the press, I think the wedding was pretty. It was low-key and simple, according to Jenna, just like her. Also, coming from someone who went to college minutes from the Bush ranch, they did a great job with the location they were dealing with. So can someone please explain this to me? Read more

Okay, I don’t mean to do two political posts in one day, but I just saw something on Hardball (insert funny Dqyle joke here) with Chris Matthews that this guy, Howard Wolfson, who is Hillary’s campaign communication’s director said that I just have to comment on. If you are interested, check it out.

Thanks to fellow y2ker Michelle for the heads up on this one. The maker of the board game Loaded Questions has an idea. He wants the presidential candidates to answer questions from his board game. Lord knows they must be better than the questions Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopolous asked at the last debate in Philadelphia. Click the break if you want to see the 10 questions and my best guess at how the candidates would answer.

Great post Josh, I really could have used that video for my second edition of the www.y2kers.com Political Blog. (My first edition, by the way, was spot on if you want to check it out, like Barack is checking out Hill.) If you want to hear my thoughts on yesterday’s Primaries in Indiana and NC, check back after this short break.
