Naked Cowboy can sue M&Ms!

A judge agreed that people who saw the M&Ms commercial that included a melts-in-your-mouth candy dressed in tighty whities, a cowboy hat, boots, and a guitar might wrongly assume that New York City’s “Naked Cowboy,” (aka Richard Burck, who takes pics with tourists when they stuff money into his boots, I heart America) in fact endorses M&Ms when technically he doesn’t (translation: the M&M people haven’t given him any money, so he is apathetic toward said candy) What a victory for the everyman. Standing up to The Man. I’m anxious to see how long it takes M&Ms to settle this little tizzy out of court. I caution them not to give him too much moola, he might retire and from the pic, Naked Cowboy is pretty hot so he can’t retire until I get to New York City and I can stuff his boots too! (thats what she said)
A new way to be a snob (as if Dallas needs any more)

I only eat the finest chocolate, and by finest, I mean whatever I have in my pantry. (Honestly, It usually consists of chipped M&Ms in off-season colors that I weeded out from my last baking attempt). Nonetheless for more discerning candy consumers, check out Candysnob.com. Apparently chocolate can have as many distinctive flavors as wine. And I enjoy wine tasting. However, it seems to me that it is much more socially acceptable to have a “chocolate tasting” alone on your couch than wine. Yeah, you never see choco-holics on that A&E show Intervention. Oh and I particularly like the section on Healthy-ish Candy for days when I want to cheat on my diet with less guilt!
