Do whites need training before parenting black children?

CNN wonders if black children are being brought up properly by white parents who adopt them from foster care. Havent’ you seen a Law and Order SVU episode recently? Any kid in foster care, whatever race they are, wants to have a home and loving parents, no matter what color they are. And besides that, I think the question is not if certain races need training, it’s why is there not some mandated government training and certification process to license people to have babies? We won’t let someone cut our hair without a license in the US, but anyone with a birth canal and a sperm donor can become a parent. That’s messed up.

PS Barack Obama was raised by a white mom, and I think he turned out just fine!

CIA Spy Secrets Revealed

Check out this video showing a guy who wrote a book with CIA secret tools in it and a demonstration! Um, yeah right. Why in the world would the CIA let one of their ex-agents (or whatever this guy did) let the cat, er rat (see video), out of the bag?  Or, here’s a scary thought, this IS real CIA stuff. That’s right, the very guys supposed to keep us safe killing bad guys every day are using fat pen-cameras, freeze dried rats, and ”secret” compartment brief cases. I think these dudes would be better off using those cameras from Dateline NBC undercover investigations, and trapper keepers. What do you think?
