My First Post

This being my first post, I thought that I would bring a little sophistication to this website by getting into some politics.

So today is “Super Tuesday?” Really? Again? I thought Super Tuesday was a couple months ago.  The biggest problem I have with this political season in the media.  While I do watch a TON of thier coverage and enjoy it, it really upsets me when I realize every once and a while that they are just out for their own ratings.  The original Super Tuesday, when most of the nation voted in primaries, was supposed to decide the nominees for the two parties.  While the Republicans took care of business, the Dems did not and this race has drug on to now.  So, by calling today’s primary Super Tuesday, they are implying that the race will be over, and so everyone should watch their coverage.  Please, this race is certainly not over tonight.  Hillary is probably going to win by more than 5% but less than 10% which means that she will carry on until two more weeks until NC and Indiana vote, even though it is practically impossible for her to catch Obama.  Indiana will probably be a push and Obama will win NC which will offset anything she gains in PA today. Hillary, do your party a favor and take the advice that some kid in Norman used to spray paint all over campus: “Drop Out Now.”
